Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested perfume products.

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived defective or leaking.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Incorrectly shipped

We do not offer exchanges for fragrance preference, scent expectations, or change of mind.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a replacement is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, Euphoriya will cover the replacement shipping costs.
